Order Management Coordinator

The Order Management Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Rehlko, distributors, and customers, managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process from quotation through shipment and post-sale support. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, resolves issues, and maintains effective communication across cross-functional teams to support established service-level expectations. The position contributes to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and maintaining compliance with departmental policies.
