Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist at Cepheid supports the commercial sales team for the US & Canada market, providing administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth order processing and communication. The role reports to the Sr Manager Order Management and is part of the Customer Care team, based in Brazil as a remote position. It contributes to improving forecast accuracy and tracking sales KPIs to support business objectives.
