Order Management Specialist

This role manages domestic and international orders to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes and supports the supply chain strategy. The position serves as the primary liaison between distributors, production sites, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize logistics. It involves overseeing new product introductions, ensuring accurate EDI data in SAP, and preparing compliance documents such as proforma invoices and customs paperwork.
