The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders assigned through the Encompass app, ensuring every order leaves the warehouse correctly and safely. This role involves following designated pick paths, building stable pallets, and handing completed orders to Quality Assurance for verification. The position prioritizes accuracy and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
