About this role

The Sales Order Operations Executive is part of the Order Services team supporting the order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring customer orders and digital product provisioning are processed accurately in the ERP. The role works closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention and Customer Services to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support continuous process improvements.
