Order Taker

The Order Taker at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is responsible for taking guest in-room dining orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, and coordinating timely delivery according to company standards. This role involves answering guest calls with courteous etiquette, verifying order accuracy, and accurately closing guest checks. The position requires fluency in French, Arabic, and English, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
