Order to Cash (O2C) Process Lead

The Order to Cash (O2C) Process Lead at ABB Robotics shapes and leads the global O2C process strategy during a major business transformation, including the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across 50+ countries. This role owns the end-to-end global O2C blueprint, drives process standardization, and ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient operations in a future-state operating model supported by a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. The position reports to the O2C Global Transformation Process Owner and works closely with Finance, Sales, Service, IT, and transformation leaders to enable successful deployment and long-term operational excellence.
