Order to Cash, Order Management & Billing

The Order to Cash, Order Management & Billing role at OpenAI is responsible for managing the entire order-to-invoice lifecycle, ensuring that data flows accurately and seamlessly through the systems to produce timely and audit-ready billing. This position requires hands-on operational execution, process design, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams including Revenue Systems and Engineering to support the organization’s growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing monetization launches, implementing automation in workflows, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SaaS billing operations and a strong understanding of related technologies and compliance frameworks.
