The Organ and Surgical Services Trainer supports the mission and strategic plan of the OPO by providing job-specific training in Organ and Surgical Services. This role involves developing systems to maintain staff competencies, coordinating ongoing education activities, and assessing training needs for clinical staff. The position also requires participating in new staff orientation and providing on-site education as needed.
