About this role

The Organ Donation Coordinator provides timely customer relationship management to physician partners, educates and supports physicians on donation processes, and coordinates learning programs to optimize organ and tissue donation opportunities. The role involves on‑site physician support, case follow‑up, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives within the Central Florida Division.

Responsibilities

Provide timely customer relationship management to physician partners
Coordinate learning programs for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners
Lead discussions on donor management goals and optimize lifesaving opportunities
Educate physicians on donor management orders and catastrophic brain injury guidelines
Maintain physician contact lists, document meetings, and track education programs
