Organisation Design Lead

The Organisation Design Lead will provide organisational design support to the Process workstreams within the Process & Operational Efficiency portfolio, designing and delivering the future-state organisational model required to realise the benefits of global process harmonisation enabled through SAP S/4HANA deployment. The role will translate standardised end-to-end business processes into effective organisational structures, roles, governance models, capabilities and ways of working. The role will ensure that organisational design decisions support operational efficiency, accountability, service excellence, and adoption of the new S/4HANA platform.
