About this role

This supervisory role leads a team of Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioners to guide the successful adoption of technology implementations and business process transformations across the organization. The incumbent develops engagement strategies, oversees training efforts, and acts as a trusted advisor to ensure change initiatives align with the organization's broader mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational change efforts for technology and process transformations.
Supervise and develop a team of OCM practitioners.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for change initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans.
Establish an Organizational Change Management Center of Practice.
