Capco is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Lead to drive a major Enterprise Technology Asset Management transformation for a leading Canadian financial institution. This high-visibility role focuses on shaping organizational change, technology adoption, and operational readiness across multiple workstreams. The position involves partnering with senior stakeholders to implement ServiceNow, CMDB, and Technology Asset Lifecycle Management capabilities while enabling successful Build-Operate-Transfer transitions.

Responsibilities

Shape and coordinate organizational change and Build-Operate-Transfer activities across ETAM workstreams
Develop and deliver change management strategies including stakeholder analysis and adoption initiatives
