The Organizational Design Manager leads enterprise-wide organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support Generac's strategic priorities and operating model evolution. This role partners with senior leaders and HR teams to diagnose challenges, design scalable solutions, and implement changes that enable performance and growth. Responsibilities include modeling future-state structures, conducting workforce analysis, and building data-informed tools to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end organizational design projects from diagnosis to implementation
Model future-state organizational structures and conduct span and layer analysis
Analyze current workforce needs to align capacity with business goals
Build and maintain organizational design tools and dashboards
Collaborate with senior leaders to realign departments and workflows
