Organizational Development Analyst

The Organizational Development Analyst supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives for VIAVI’s global Operations organization. This role manages training content, supports learning systems, and contributes to the learner experience to ensure programs align with business needs. The position involves conducting learning needs assessments, coordinating logistics for learning events, and administering the Workday Learning system. Additionally, the analyst tracks attendance, compiles learning metrics, and supports catalog management for training assets.
