About this role

Mobius is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Assessment Analyst to support the Navy’s Office of Warfighting Advantage (OWA) by evaluating post-investigation incidents, assessing recommendation adoption, and driving tracking and resolution processes. The role involves interfacing with senior Navy leadership to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement while overcoming implementation roadblocks. This position requires full-time, client-facing on-site support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of post-incident Navy investigations
Develop and manage structured tracking and resolution frameworks
Synthesize complex findings into executive-ready presentations and briefings
