Organizer

The Organizer leads workers to form, build, and grow the union while guiding them to negotiate and enforce union contracts. This role involves mobilizing workers around worksite issues, developing rank-and-file leadership, and executing organizing campaigns either internally with existing union members or externally to build new unions. The position requires strategic planning, coalition building, and effective communication to advance the union's mission and goals.
