About this role

Abrazo Medical Group is seeking a fellowship‑trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon for a full‑time employed position in Phoenix's West Valley. The role offers a balanced schedule with 2–3 OR days and 2–3 clinic days per week, access to both hospital and ambulatory surgery center facilities, and a collaborative environment with hand therapists and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must be board certified or eligible, have microsurgical experience, and hold or be eligible for an Arizona medical license.

Responsibilities

Perform surgical and non‑surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
Conduct advanced microsurgical procedures including microvascular reconstruction
Collaborate with certified hand therapists and multidisciplinary teams
