OSAR Counselor

The OSAR Counselor provides substance use services to individuals aged 13 and up, focusing on community outreach, screening, and care coordination to connect clients with appropriate treatment resources. This role involves building relationships with community stakeholders, completing psychosocial and financial assessments, and ensuring individuals are enrolled in treatment through warm hand-offs and follow-ups.
