About this role
Pearce is hiring an OSP Engineer to support telecommunications outside plant projects across copper and fiber networks. The position centers on end-to-end support of OSP initiatives, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver infrastructure improvements. The role is suited to an experienced, detail-oriented engineer supporting critical telecom infrastructure in U.S. markets (preference for PST, with MST considered).
