About this role
The OSP Inspector at Pearce is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of outside plant infrastructure by inspecting aerial, underground, and buried facilities and validating contractor work against industry and client standards. The role supports network reliability, public safety, and regulatory compliance through accurate electronic (and occasional manual) documentation and clear communication with contractors and internal teams. This is a field-based position that may require short-notice travel and use of company-provided vehicles and tools.
