OT Cybersecurity Manager

This role leads the strategic design, implementation, and governance of cybersecurity controls in manufacturing plants across the region, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience against cyber threats. The position acts as the plant-level security guardian, protecting industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC) and driving the secure adoption of new technologies and digitalization in Latin American operations. The incumbent collaborates with plant managers, maintenance, and IT teams to implement security controls without impacting operational availability while fostering a culture of industrial cybersecurity.
