OTC Analyst Americas (Temporary - 6 Months)

This role focuses on analyzing the accounts receivable process to identify overdue accounts, follow up with clients on pending invoices, and prepare reports for stakeholders on collection status while providing excellent customer service. The position involves responding to OpCo concerns, resolving service performance issues, and maintaining updated SOPs. It requires processing daily client payments, monitoring accounts for overdue payments, and generating intercompany invoices as contractually required.
