OTC Analyst

The OTC Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of customer transactions while maintaining account data integrity and resolving issues that impact invoicing, payments, or cash application. This role supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliations, within a shared services environment. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver high-quality customer service across multiple manufacturing locations.
