OtC & Projects Lead

The OtC & Projects Lead leads the Customer Credit & Risk Management function, ensuring robust credit governance, effective portfolio monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation to support sustainable business growth. This role acts as a key business partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service stakeholders to balance commercial opportunities with acceptable credit risk while protecting company assets. The position is responsible for managing customer credit risk across all sales channels through sound credit assessment, appropriate controls, and strong governance over customer exposure.
