The OTC role at Everise involves leading the billing workflow and task assignments for the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely release of final billings to customers. The position requires liaising with internal and external customers, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining updated customer accounts and reconciliations. This role supports month-end closing, audits, and the implementation of internal controls within the Order to Cash process.
