Community Action Partnership of Oregon
The Oregon Training Institute (OTI) is seeking an experienced instructor to train the next generation of weatherization and energy-efficiency professionals. This role combines hands-on technical instruction in residential energy efficiency and HVAC technologies with curriculum development and statewide program support. The position involves delivering classroom, virtual, and field-based training while collaborating with industry stakeholders to maintain current, effective programs.
Community Action Partnership of Oregon (CAPO) is a nonprofit state association for the Community Action Network in Oregon, working to magnify the impact of Community Action by advocating for resources with a unified voice, strengthening partnerships, and building network capacity to serve low-income Oregonians. CAPO does not provide direct client services, but supports 17 local community action agencies and Oregon Human Development Corporation, a statewide farmworker-serving agency. It also directly operates programs in energy and weatherization training, veterans' services, and homelessness support across 26 rural Oregon counties.
