OTOP Intake Coordinator

The OTOP Intake Coordinator provides non-clinical support and guidance to patients, families, and providers navigating complex healthcare environments, with a focus on increasing access to MOUD services and optimizing care outcomes. This role acts as a communication liaison to address patient needs, guide individuals through the referral and intake process, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and consistent service delivery. The position involves coordinating intake services across various sites, including the Bayview Mobile Van, to promote healing and patient satisfaction.
