Ounce Community Navigator

Ounce Community Navigators serve as the face of the organization within affordable housing communities, proactively engaging residents to build trust and deliver essential care and services. The role involves coordinating benefits applications, scheduling medical appointments, and acting as a health and wellness advocate for residents. This part-time position requires consistent on-site presence to foster relationships with residents and community partners while documenting interactions and hosting community events.
