Out of School Time (OST) Manager

The Out of School Time Manager leads and manages afterschool programming at the Middle School, including recruiting staff, designing homework support, and overseeing clubs. This role involves collaborating with the OST Director and Academic Leadership Team to ensure program consistency, foster community partnerships, and support student success. The position also includes managing daily operations, family involvement, and site-level administration to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
