The Outbound Enrollment Specialist serves as a frontline ambassador for Pomelo Care, making outbound calls to enroll patients and educate them on available clinical and social resources. This role focuses on achieving enrollment goals, addressing patient inquiries, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate care. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Pomelo Care is a virtual care program supporting women and children across fertility, maternity, pediatric, and midlife health. Members get 24/7 on-demand access to a dedicated care team — including midwives, dietitians, therapists, and lactation consultants — via text, phone, or video. Pomelo partners with health plans, employers, labor unions, and consultants to deliver its services as a benefit at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible members nationwide.
