Outbound Specialist, Ground

The Outbound Specialist, Ground manages the origin half of ground shipments from booking acceptance through confirmed departure, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across e2open TMF and Descartes Aljex. This role involves building shipment files, applying financials, generating bills of lading, securing pickups, and establishing in-transit visibility. The specialist is responsible for auditing loading documentation, resolving exceptions, and executing a clean handoff to the Inbound Specialist upon origin departure.
