About this role
The Warehouse Controller for the Refrigerated warehouse oversees outbound order execution and inventory integrity, ensuring products are correctly picked, staged, and loaded and that certificates of analysis accompany deliveries. The role coordinates with Customer Service and third-party transporters, manages SAP stock transactions and cyclical stock takes, and maintains FIFO batch control. It also drives process improvements, SOP reviews, and reporting on operational performance and vehicle turnaround times.
