The Outdoor Harvest Supervisor manages all post-harvest and packaging operations for outdoor-grown flower, ensuring product quality and adherence to network standards. The role leads and develops site teams, coordinates transitions from cultivation to packaged product, and partners with cross-functional leaders to monitor KPIs, inventory, and compliance. The supervisor also ensures testing, tracking, and reporting requirements are met and drives continuous improvement of post-harvest processes.
