Outpatient Acute Care Coder - Emergency

This role involves reviewing hospital outpatient and physician medical record documentation to assign, sequence, and validate appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for outpatient encounters. The position requires ensuring proper coding, billing, and compliance with coding rules, regulations, and medical necessity guidelines. It is a full-time remote position reporting to the Coding Operations Manager.
