Outpatient Coder-Edits

The Outpatient Coder-Edits role is responsible for the daily review and resolution of outpatient coding-related alerts and edits to ensure timely billing and reimbursement. This position requires making independent decisions on accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS code assignments while adhering to compliant coding standards and corporate policies. The individual will monitor aging accounts, prioritize tasks, and identify barriers to prevent claim delays.
