About this role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in a primary care outpatient setting. The role is part of a collaborative Primary Care team working alongside providers, nurses, and medical assistants. This is a day-shift, full-time onsite position (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours/week) and is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.
