An Outpatient Therapist who provides individual outpatient therapy services to students at school-based health centers. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role working onsite across two locations (Cedar Springs Middle School and Innovation Central High School) as part of Cherry Health, a community Federally Qualified Health Center.
