Outreach Advocate

The Outreach Advocate works as part of a two‑person response team to rapidly address diverted non‑violent incidents involving unhoused individuals. The role involves de‑escalation, stabilization, client enrollment in HMIS, benefit assessment, and coordination of referrals and services, while maintaining documentation and adhering to uniform and safety policies.
