Outreach and Engagement Assistant

The Outreach and Engagement Assistant provides intensive case management and mobile community outreach to homeless or at-risk individuals in rural areas outside Metro boundaries. The role focuses on housing attainment, identifying barriers to housing and healthcare, and connecting clients with community resources. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, trauma-informed care, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
