About this role
The Outreach and Retention Specialist will support the Train Earn workforce education initiative at LaGuardia Community College, focused on preparing out-of-school, out-of-work youth (16–24) for healthcare-related certifications and internships. The role is housed within the Workforce Education Center and reports to the Train Earn Program Director, helping connect community participants to training pathways and program resources.
