Outreach & Engagement Specialist

The Outreach & Engagement Specialist is responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and their families to screen and introduce the ECM benefit, which supports a whole-person care approach to improving health outcomes. The role focuses on demonstrating the benefits of enrolling in ECM to assist members with coordinating various primary, acute, behavioral, and social needs. This position requires building rapid rapport with potential clients and operating from a strengths-based perspective to address social determinants of health.
