Outreach & Engagement Specialist

The Outreach & Engagement Specialist is responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and their families to screen and introduce the ECM benefit, which supports a whole person care approach to improving health outcomes. The role focuses on demonstrating the benefits of enrolling in ECM to assist members in coordinating their primary, acute, behavioral, and social needs. This position requires building rapid rapport with potential clients and operating from a strengths-based perspective to manage an array of duties for the ECM program.
