Outreach Enrollment Worker

The Outreach Enrollment Worker provides comprehensive health access, case management, and information and referral services to the community on an outreach basis. This role involves delivering individual and community education on changes to publicly subsidized health insurance in accordance with the national Affordable Care Act. The position reports to the Director of Community Programs and Medical Director, with the Navigator Supervisor as an advisor.
