LifeWorks NW
The Outreach Navigation Specialist provides community-based outreach and supportive services for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing. This role involves building trusting relationships, conducting assessments, and developing individualized service plans to promote stability in housing, education, employment, and wellness. The position also supports day-to-day operations at the Youth Resource Center and facilitates workshops to help youth develop essential life skills.
