Outreach Retirement Counselor

The Outreach Retirement Counselor provides comprehensive assistance and customer service to TRS members regarding all TRS benefits programs through telephone, face-to-face meetings, and large group presentations. The role involves conducting individual workshops, counseling sessions, and benefit estimates while traveling throughout the state to deliver presentations and counsel members. This position requires interpreting and communicating complex laws, regulations, and policies to support members at various career stages.
