Outreach Specialist (Part-time)

The Outreach Specialist plays a central role in advancing the goals of the Career Mobility Action Plan (Career MAP) by delivering personalized coaching to support families in achieving career advancement and financial independence. This role involves strategic communication and consistent follow-up to reestablish participation in program activities, while also hosting group orientations and peer-led sessions. Working closely with Navigators and Job Developers, the specialist helps identify barriers to participation and supports progress toward economic mobility.
