The Outreach Specialist is a field-based liaison who serves as the primary point of contact between the company and current and potential members, focusing on Medicaid and SCHIP populations. The role supports State Sponsored Programs by representing the organization in community collaborations and events and facilitates member access to care through in-person visits and orientations. The position is based in Newport News or Hampton, VA and operates primarily in the field with occasional office attendance.

Qualifications
