Outreach Specialist

The Outreach Specialist supports the growth and visibility of the Care About Me (CAM) program by recruiting qualified clinicians, developing referral partnerships, and increasing community awareness of available services. This role serves as a key liaison among clinicians, community organizations, referral sources, and internal teams to enhance access to behavioral health care. The position involves promoting the resource line, building partnerships, and monitoring community needs to improve provider participation and service access.
