Outreach Therapist

The Outreach Therapist provides intensive in-home and in-office family, individual, and parent therapy for adolescents struggling with at-risk behaviors such as substance misuse, behavioral problems, and family conflict. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and service providers to support client growth and safety.
